Starlight Concerts operate an ‘Access for All’ policy.

We have a comprehensive policy to look after all of our less able guests. This includes parking and access assistance for Blue Badge holders, accessible toilets at various locations around the site, a wheelchair users viewing area and a Personal Assistant ticket policy.

We have a limited number of blue badge car parking spaces available at Blaise Castle, right next to the arena. These must be pre-booked with tickets available now. To access the accessible car park, use the address: Blaise Castle, Kings Weston Road, Bristol BS10 7QS, and follow signs for the accessible car park.

The car park will be open from 16.45 and will close by midnight. No overnight parking is permitted.

Please note, Blue Badges will need to be presented on entry, you will not be able to gain entry without a valid blue badge on display.



If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a PA, we will provide an additional PA ticket at a discounted rate of 50%.
Please note, all attendees aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over at all times, regardless of their Personal Assistance requirements. If an attendee aged 16 or under requires further assistance above and beyond their paying adult supervisor, they may be entitled to apply for a discounted PA ticket.

PA ticket applications are assessed on a case by case basis. To apply for our Access Scheme, first purchase a standard ticket. Once you have purchased your ticket we ask you to complete and submit an access requirements application form which seeks information regarding your requirements at the event. Along with this, we ask for supporting documentation for validation of your request.

This ticket can only be approved by the Administrative team.
Please do not buy a ticket for your PA as this will not be refunded.

The PA ticket is provided on the expectation that your PA is willing and able to assist you throughout your visit, and would be available and able to help you in the event of an emergency evacuation.


It is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation in your application as evidence of your requirements and for us to grant a PA ticket. Please include a copy of one of the following with your completed form:

 – PIP (personal independence payment)
 – DLA – care and/or mobility
 – Letter from a medical professional
 – D/deaf or blind registration
 – The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets

Please note that any submitted documents are securely destroyed.
